Planning for Picture Day:

1. How do I schedule or confirm a picture day?

     Simply reach out to us via email at rawimages@rawimages9.com or call us at 855-RAW-IMAG.

2. What is the organization’s responsibility?

     We ask that the organization provide us with a date, location, and a roster of all players with correct spellings and email addresses to email parents picture day information. We also need early access on picture day for setup and request that the organization keeps parents away from our team photo stations.

3. How much time do we need to book in advance?

     We recommend booking as early as possible. Ensure your organization has its uniforms to avoid rescheduling due to delayed uniform arrivals.

4. How much space do you need to shoot?

     When shooting outdoors, we bring a 10 x 20' tent for our information and payment stations, and multiple photographers, depending on the organization's size. For indoor shoots, a gym is required.

5. Do you require an indoor location?

     No, we can bring our studio to your practice field/game field. For custom team photos, an indoor location and a deposit/fee are required.

6. What format is needed for submitting team rosters?

     Please email your team roster in Numbers or Excel format.

Photo Shoot Details:

7. How long does a photo shoot last?

     Depending on the size of your organization, we can shoot up to 800 kids/athletes in 2-3 hours.

8. Do you pose my athlete?

     We prefer that you select a pose before picture day and have your athlete practice it. If you don’t have a pose selected, our experienced photographers will help pose your athlete.

9. How do you shoot the team photos?

     We do not use bleachers for team photos. Please refer to our team photo gallery on our homepage to see our style.

10. Do you have buddy pictures?

     Yes, we offer several styles of buddy pictures and Buddy packages.

11. Do you have deals for parents with multiple kids?

     Yes, we suggest parents with multiple children select from our buddy packages, which include multiple prints and make for great family photo moments.

12. Do you offer family portraits?

     Yes, we offer family portraits at our sports photo shoots. Contact us for a separate family photo shoot session.

Ordering and Payment:

13. How do we pay/order?

     You can order pictures through our website before or during the photo shoot. You can also order at the photo shoot. We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.

14. Can we preview photos before purchasing?

     No, we do not provide proofs before purchasing due to the nature of our custom photos. Please view our image gallery to see the quality of our work.

15. How are photos delivered?

     All photos are shipped directly to each athlete’s/family’s home via the United States Postal Service.

16. How long does it take for pictures to get back to us?

     Photos are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your photo shoot was early in the season, you’ll receive your photos before the season ends. Late-season photo shoots will be sent directly to you once processed.

17. Do you provide digital images?

     Yes, we provide digital images for easy sharing on any social media platform or via email.

18. Can we print the digitals ourselves from home?

     Yes, you can print your digital copies from home. However, we do not release rights to print our work through outside companies to maintain the highest quality standards.

19. How many backgrounds/poses are offered?

We offer over 20 different backgrounds and packages with multiple poses to suit every family’s preferences.

20. Do you offer specialty items like plaques, posters, or banners?

     Yes, we offer specialties such as plaques, posters, banners, buttons, photo magnets, tumblers, books, memory mates, custom jerseys, and keychains.

21. Do you have a minimum athlete requirement to shoot an organization?

     Yes, please contact us to discuss if your organization qualifies for a Raw Images picture day.

22. Do you offer commissions or fundraising opportunities for organizations?

     Please contact us to discuss if your organization qualifies for a fundraising opportunity.
